Kick ICT Group Ltd are delighted to announce the completion of our latest acquisition – C2 Software Limited.
The deal, which is for an undisclosed sum, has resulted in Kick growing and improving its Dynamics division in the Group. This means more product options, services, and support for both SMEs and large enterprises. By acquiring a specialist in Microsoft Dynamics services, Kick continues its expansion as a leading IT service provider in the UK.
C2 Software Ltd, founded by Finlay Carmichael, has been in business for over 25 years. Based in Dundee, C2 offers Microsoft Dynamics-related services to customers all over the UK.
Finlay Carmichael will join as Head of Membership Sales, alongside his co-director Kirk Potter who will join as Head of Product Delivery, together with 15 more employees who are moving across as part of the deal.
